Mark Green
Director
Experience:
Started my design career in London during the eighties, where I worked for major high street brands such as House of Fraser and John Lewis. In 2000 I returned to Devon and started Fruition the same year. Working with a wide range of leisure and retail companies both locally and nationally as the head of my own company has been a hugely rewarding challenge.
Being based in Devon gives us the opportunity to work with some of the leading businesses in the region and develop long-term professional relationships.
Seeing good design help clients project come to life and make people smile – I never get tired of that.

My daughters call me a Merman because I am in the sea all year round. Mainly open water (wild) swimming and body boarding, but I also enjoy a days fishing.

Jennifer Zangeneh
Digital & Graphic Design Manager
Experience:
I am originally from Belgium but my journey in graphic design began Down Under, in Australia, where I launched my career after graduating in 2017. The vibrant culture and coastal lifestyle there initiated my passion for design. In 2020, I decided to embark on a new adventure and moved to England, chasing the dream of replicating that same Australian coastal lifestyle.
What truly captivates me is the art of illustration and the strategic challenge of conveying a business’s personality to the right audience. Whether it’s through visuals, typography, or branding, I thrive on helping companies tell their unique stories.

My ideal day would be a scenic hike with my friends, partner and dog, followed by amazing food, drinks, and dancing. In my free time, I’m also a DJ who’s deeply passionate about house music.

Jenny Pichowski
Studio Manager
Experience:
My career began as a receptionist, and I moved into Office Management fairly quickly working for Snowdon Honda for years. (Although unfortunately with a Pink company car!).
After starting a family, I worked at the Flavel Arts Centre in Dartmouth, as the Box Office Manager and had great fun meeting loads of amazing comedians, artists, and musicians.
I am really enjoying working with the brilliant team here at Fruition as Office Manager, everyone is so talented and dedicated, and each day is different. Currently studying my AAT exams at South Devon College.

I have a passion for keeping fit, running and cycling my way to raise as much money as I can for charity, particularly the CHSW, as they provided exceptional care for my daughter Tillie. A reliable friend I am always there for friends and family as they have been there for me over the years.

Siani Schofield
Interior Designer
Experience:
I am a passionate, versatile Interior Designer, born and raised in Torquay, Devon. I have three years of professional experience in the Interior Design industry and a solid academic foundation from obtaining my BA Hons degree in Interior and Spatial Architecture. My journey into the world of design began at university in Bristol, where I pursued my passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces. My role entails conceptualising, planning, and executing projects right from establishing the brief right through to project management and installation.
As I continue to grow in the field of interior design, I look forward to taking on new challenges, pushing the boundaries of creativity, and working closely with clients to bring their design aspirations to life. Whether it’s residential, commercial, or hospitality projects, I love to craft spaces that inspire, comfort, and elevate life through the power of good design. The moment it all comes together, seeing the finished result of each unique project and the joy you bring to the client will never get old.

I absolutely love doing things that make me feel alive, exploring new nature trails around Devon gives me such a sense of adventure. I particularly love the routes that include a pub stop somewhere along the way. I have a passion for fitness training in my spare time, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Romina Torres
Interior Design Manager
Experience:
I’ve always had a passion for design, architecture and creativity, that was shaped by my home city of Barcelona and its inspirational street vibes and unique architecture. I received a BA Hons degree in Interior Design in 2010, which gave me a strong foundation in design principles, colour theory, and space planning. I then completed a Masters degree in Window Dressing and Visual Merchandising in Barcelona, before deciding to move to the UK to explore new trends and styles, and put my skills into practice by pursuing a career in design.
I now have more than 10 years of experience in the industry and have carried out a wide range of residential and commercial projects. I strongly believe that well-designed spaces can have a great impact on people’s quality of life, and I always strive to create environments that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but specifically tailored to our clients’ needs and tastes. I always keep up to date with the latest trends and techniques in the industry to make sure my designs are fresh, innovative, and timeless. I love attending design shows and keeping up with Pinterest! I also have a passion for travelling, and find exploring new places is one of the best ways to get new ideas and inspiration for future designs!

I love spending time outdoors, whether it’s swimming, climbing, or going on long hikes with friends around the moors or coast of Devon. I also love doing yoga, basically anything that involves movement! I’m always trying to set myself new challenges, it could be a swimathon or a half marathon, you name it! I also really enjoy cooking and having my friends over for dinner. The latest big addition in my life, though, has been my new puppy Bruno, who likes running around just as much as me! I love taking him on adventures and helping him make friends with everyone he meets!
